Tried the seeded and white loaf, unfortunately the white loaf went straight in the bin! Tasted like eating a plastic bag, the seeded loaf was ok toasted, less plastic tasting probably due to the seeds. Unfortunately for the price and taste of the bread you need to do a lot better.

I received faulty bread as the expiry date was after 5 days but to my surprise before I even opened the bread I was shocked that is had rot all over it

Although we put a lot of resources and expertise into Heylo products – including lab testing – low carb items can be occasionally susceptible to shortened shelf life, especially depending on transit conditions. However, we guarantee 5 days freshness on arrival and will always replace or refund items that don’t arrive in top condition. I'm sorry to have to write this but i feel people do deserve an honest review. I was really excited to order from you and really thought I found low carb bread replacement but unfortunately the white bread and white rolls had zero taste. It didn't even have a salt taste so I could atleast feel like I am tasting something. The texture was slightly off too, I really felt like I was eating paper. The seeded brown bread however tasted better and I think it was due to the seeds which added flavour. I had the intention of becoming a regular subscriber when I came across your website but unfortunately other than seeded brown bread, I don't think I would order any of the other products again. :(

Awful, messed up my order, I ordered the bundle to try before subscription and all I received was one loaf of cinnamon bread, emailed and they sorted it out but when the rest of my order came it had been shoved into a box that was too small and was badly squashed so I couldn't do anything to make use of the bread and rolls, contacted them on social media- no response, emailed- eventually I got some kind of response saying they couldn't find my order tracking, I wasn't saying it had not been delivered! Asked them to re read my email and no response, it's been well over a week, it's a shame as the cinnamon loaf was nice but the customer service, delivery and (lack of) response were terrible. Have tried another company that does similar, so far so good.

And we will always replace bread that doesn't arrive in top condition. I cannot say anything wrong about products. I was ordering only one type of bread, it was really well made and tasty. It's nothing about bread... This is the worst company I ever dealt with. Despite their declarations they don't care about customers and completely don't keep their promises. I'm again short almost £20, because Heylo dared take money from my bank account. I spoke to them couple of times and they promise me to find what is wrong. There is no existing subscription on my Heylo account, but money are taking every week. I'm so tired and disgusted of this company practice. Take my honest advice, never deal with them.

Arrived covered in mould, has a week on the best before date which is clearly wrong. Really disappointed! Will go back to buying the hi-lo sainsburys version instead as at least it’s fresh and I’d actually get to eat it!!

Took too long to be delivered. Way too expensive for what it is. Tiny slices that can’t easily be buttered after toasting because bread is floppy!

I must say I have never eaten anything as disgusting in all my life which was a disappointment as I really miss eating bread , I’m glad lots of people are enjoying your products and its fantastic that you have successfully produced such a lo carb alternative but not my taste

Sorry to say, I had to throw bread and roll ,very chewy and has no expiry date on both. My self tried the roll but did not like . Took 3to 4 days for delivery.

Awful, really dry like a stale loaf even when toasted. Have tried another make before this that is lovely & soft. This went in the bin, had frozen one tried that & it was the same. Back to my other supplier.

I am very disappointed that you keep advertising this bread as "keto bread" when it has so many red list ingredients. I bought it stupidly without checking ingredients first as you don't advertise them on your main ads. So I assumed since it was keto there would be no wheat, potato or oats. I'm very disappointed to see all of those especially as I do keto for health reasons. Please stop advertising your bread as "keto" and advertise it as low carb because that's what it is. Real keto bread is made from sunflower seed flour, almond flour, coconut flour etc and does NOT contain red list ingredients!

Ordered a week ago and still not received. It’ll all be out of date at this rate. They contacted and refunded delivery plus bagel charge. Good. However I’ve just opened the pack of lighter white rolls and they are mouldy! Still in date by 6 days according to the date on them. Not impressed
