I ordered the white bread and rolls The rolls looked great and were lovely and soft and springy But unfortunately just had a funny taste. Never liked the bread at all. But the best low carb rolls I’ve had. Sorry will not be re ordering

Delivery arrived quickly. Customer service tops. But...I'm really sorry. The Subs were incurtable. Too, too chewy. Even tried toasting them Still couldn't eat them. Packet was binned. White sliced bread. Again very chewy. As I tried to eat, it was spongy and watery... Although, as I needed to eat some, I have been smothering it, when toasted, with fillings. I am really sorry to write this review. But perhaps some change in the recipes require tweaking... I am on a keto diet and wanted to enjoy the breads. But!!!! I also bought the brown seeded sliced bread...Really good!!! I have only started it today. I will definitely be reordering this! The texture and chewability very good...and I really enjoyed!!

I toasted my 2 slices of white but found it very dense and had no taste for me. You delivery and notification was excellent but sorry didn’t enjoy the bread

I ordered the trial bundle just to see if the product was any better than others I have tried. Delivery was very good and fast. Unfortunately, everything else was not Firstly, the packaging has this new seal which is terrible as once opened it never seals again. Secondly, the consistency of the all the products is not as it should be and is either very chewy (for the brown stuff) or too slimey for the white products. Having said that, I do commend Heylo for at least attempting to provide several products and option. I fed everything to the birds and foxes in my garden.

Excellent company to deal with, very quick delivery, but I am afraid the bread wasn’t for me, I tried the bagel which was slightly better. I guess we all have our own reasons for ordering the low carb bread, for me I would rather have no bread at all than eat this, sorry just my opinion.

Really didn’t like the white loaf. Very spongey and heavy. Hard to chew and swallow. Not very tasty either. Had 2 slices and threw the rest away.

Very disappointing experience from Heylo. Amazing product range which I would have likely purchased from again and again but I paid for fast delivery 10 days ago and I'm still waiting.....the logistics company they use are awful. They aparrently tried on Friday to deliver but as there was no one in they were going to try the next day, I added an instruction on the courier's website that they can leave in my shed in case they came back the next day. Saturday rolled round and no e-mail to say they were trying to redeliver that day, Sunday came and randomly I DID get a redelivery notification that my parcel was to be delivered today...were now at 22:19 and the tracking advises that the item was been out for delivery since 11 this morning. I originally ordered over a week ago with fast delivery, Heylo then refunded the delivery fee as they'd aparrently sold out of bread that week. It would be really great for customers if at this point they can advise either sold out or preorder only. I would have preferred they didn't refund the delivery fee initially and got my things to me quicker when they came back into stock. It's a shame as there were so many things I wanted to try from their website, but as the majority of the products require a degree of freshness given that it is bread, I would be reluctant to order again and have to wait almost 2 weeks for delivery, when I'd initially paid for 1-2 day postage.

Hi Francesca, Very sorry to hear that you have had a terrible experience getting your order delivered to you. We try very hard to offer excellent customer service, but the recent delivery issues are very much out of our control. We can't use Royal Mail due to their continuous strikes, and DPD has advised that they have a huge back log due to the terrible recent weather and also everyone switching to use them as no Royal Mail. We will always refund or send out replacement items if they arrive not fresh due to delayed delivery times, and our customer service team are very quick at getting back to our customers to advise of any issues. Once again, very sorry that you have not had our usual 1st class Heylo experience and if you do decide to order from us again in the new year just send us an email prior and we will happily add in a few extra goodies! Like other customers have mentioned, placed an order with 1-2 day delivery. Did not receive the majority of the products till 5 days later, and after chasing customer service twice. The hot cross buns were missing as they were out of stock. I was told that there would be further delay because of the heat and would receive them beginning of next week. Still haven’t received the product or a response from customer service. It’s a shame because everything was delicious and could be a game-changer for people on keto… Such a shame.

Loved the products but was bitterly disappointed with total lack of customer service when I tried to tell them my bre3ad had been flattened by being in the same box as heavier products. I wrote to customer services twice and had no reply and even thought their bread is the best I have tried, I will not use again unless they manage to respond to my genuine complaint

Lack of communication, slow dispatch/delivery. Not impressed by customer service. Sent 2 emails before I got a response, so doubt I will use them again. Shame as products seem good

I expect a speciality bread to be higher in price, naturally. I am vegan and know how much higher my alternative foods have been over the last 50 years. I am limited in the low carb products that I can buy to support my prediabetic status due to the use of eggs in most recipes. I saw a couple of, what I thought were bread loaf mixes that I could make in my breadmaker without eggs but was surprised when two packages of ready baked ' ends of loaves ' (each 3" in depth) came instead. £7 for each 3" end of a loaf is exorbitant in my mind, I have to say. I was not greatly impressed with the bread in any case so I will not be purchasing again. This is purely my opinion which I was asked for, so others may disagree entirely. Including shipping that test cost me more than £20 , NOT acceptable on pension incomes, I'm afraid.

Hi there Patricia, I can see that you ordered two of our Dillon bread loaves for £4.49 each. I am sorry to hear that you didn't like the bread, we do have a variety of different loaves of bread on our website that you may like to try at a cheaper price. we understand that not everyone can afford our products but we do try and make them as affordable as possible so it is fair on everyone, unfortunately, low carb ingredients are a lot more expensive than regular ingredients :( Again I am very sorry that you didn't like the loaf. if you need help with anything else please do feel free to email us at heretohelp@weareheylo.com. thank you, Charlotte.

Bread and rolls are a way of stopping that craving while on Keto. But, expensive to eat all the time as the postage on top of price makes them a bit pricey. I don't like it as much once frozen.

Only keto bread, jam, bars and buns were good and will buy again. But rest all of snacks and granola were very disappointing and waste of money.
