“A bit disappointed really, the loaves were to small and a bit expensive. I think if they become available in the supermarkets and in larger loaves I could give them another go.”

“Bread taste & texture is very good however i personally found every time I ate it I became very bloated & uncomfortable for long periods of time so unfortunately wont buy again.”

Most of our goodies are rich in protein and fibre which makes them very filling - depending on the individual it can be advisable to introduce increases of protein and fibre to your lifestyle gradually. “It's been a pleasurable journey whit my type two diabetes. Im waiting to start insulin for first time . Normal bread i couldn't touch but Hey lo has been a breath of fresh air for me. Fantastic product and a life saver for myself. Many thanks”

“The super seeded bread loaf is delicious. I absolutely love it. Bread is what I miss most about cutting out carbs and this bread definitely hits the spot. The flatbreads are also very good.”

“Seeded Loaf at 0.3g Carb tastes great. Texture of white bread and breadcakes is very chewy. Love the granola, especially the caramel - flavour is better than the normal granola I used to eat.”

“I absolutely love this bread it’s not exactly the same as wheat bread but is very close to, if you’re low carb keto or just don’t want to give up bread but white or brown bread bloats you, I can’t recommend this highly enough”

HeyLO! bread is freshly baked; however, the science of low carb bread is still relatively new, and items can occasionally be susceptible to a shortened shelf life, depending on the conditions exposed to. “Being a Type 2 diabetic which is diet controlled , it is great to finally eat some bread again ! The Super Seeded bread is a very acceptable alternative to ‘ normal ‘ bread , and is great toasted . The Super Seeded loaf has the lowest carbohydrate and sugar numbers in the HEYLO range . I keep my loaves in an airtight container in the fridge because after my first purchase , 2 loaves went mouldy in less than 5 days . I am currently buying 7 loaves at a time as it is a cheaper option with the free postage and so far , I have not had throw any bread out due to keeping the bread in the fridge .”

“Quick delivery and very fresh . Love having a hot dog with the long rolls and I use them for cheesy garlic bread. Flat breads are delicious as a pizza base or to mop up a curry. Very pleased with everything I've ordered. Thank you”
