“First order arrive when it should and well boxed . So far I’m liking what I’ve had .
Seeded loaf , hot dog rolls and flatbreads.
I’ve had other breads which have funny smells when toasting and taste unpleasant .

The science of low carb bread is still relatively new, and items can occasionally be susceptible to a shortened shelf life, depending on the conditions exposed to after despatch. However, we will always send you a replacement and we're always working on new, even-better recipes!

“Sadly, thought I was on to a winner with Hey Lo after my first order, however...
Second order arrived, with mouldy bagels, with 5 days to go until use by date. Then opened up the white loaf with 10 days til use by to find that was mouldy too.
Used the "Let us Help You" contact form to report the issue 3 days ago, with out reply.
The odd faulty product would have been fine and forgivable, however, the complete lack of response from their customer service isn't good enough.
As far as I can tell, products are very good, shelf life not so good, customer service non-existent...
Will not be using again.”

“Love heylo , the seaded bread is defo my thing , toasts well , tastes like normal seaded bread , great for freezing . I do enjoy the crisp bread as well . Only downside is that it takes a while to receive a delivery so you need to plan well in advance . I also wish you would have more products to choose from , a better bigger variety of keto products .”
