“I have made several orders from Heylo and really like their products, particularly the bread which adds some really nice balance to my keto diet. My last order of bread arrived with plenty of date on it but riddled with mould. Contacted "here to help" who were very apologetic and offered a refund or replace. A real friendly human response. Unfortunately their reply went to my spam and took a while to realise they had replied in the first place.”

“Cutting out carbs really helps me lose weight so Heylo products are a lifesaver! I’ve tried almost all products and they are delicious. The breads are essential to fix that carb craving without the carbs! I love the Tortilla’s to make chips for chilli as well as mid-week fajitas. I keep them in the fridge for extra freshness. The burger buns and hot dog buns I always freeze and break off as and when I need them. They freeze really well and keep their bouncy freshness. Having a few different products in really helps in avoiding the carbs and weight loss. My only gripe is the bread is quite a small loaf. If I individually order a loaf which I often do, it costs almost £9 with postage so the loaves could be bigger. That said, I couldn’t live without my seeded Heylo bread! Keep up the great work :)”

“I've now tried the White baps, seeded bagels and seeded loaf. The white baps are not for me, they're just a rubbery consistency that I didn't like. However, the bagels and seeded loaf are amazing and it's hard to believe they're low carb as they're delicious (although I would prefer larger slices in the loaf). Delivery is fast and great. Price, well, there's no getting round the fact that they're very expensive but what do you expect for a small manufacturer that has to post all of the goods? I'd definitely recommend the bagels and seeded loaf if you're on a low carb diet, it's a real treat to have something with a bit of substance!”

“Love these products. So nice to be able to have things on toast again! I also like the raisin bread toasted with butter, just like a toasted hot cross bun without the carbs. Much better than any low carb bread I have been able to buy from supermarkets. The protein hit is a bonus too.”

“Sadly not a great experience and found all of the six products tasteless and like chewing cardboard. I have always enjoyed bread but sadly this is not a viable alternative and will have to learn to cutout or cutdown drastically my traditional bread consumption. Here’s hoping this brand improves dramatically in taste in the near future, it can’t be easy!”

“Cinnamon and raisin bread is my favourite treat with butter! Brown loaf is also good. The white bread I find too chewy to be honest. I also like the muesli - very nutty!”

“Returned for another bread trial, having found the sliced loaves to be a little bit of a chewy texture and aftertaste, thought I’d give the Buns a try. Unfortunately couldn’t live with the texture and aftertaste of the Buns, however my new go to bread replacement will be the Wraps, they’re ace and almost as good as full carb wraps. Thanks Heylo, great product, just a little work needed on the Breads if possible 🤔🥰”

“Heylo service is excellent, delivery is prompt, prices are higher than "ordinary" baked goods but that's to be expected. The lighter white bread is the best I've found thus far. It is a little chewier that normal and doesn't have the same crispness when toasted but it's good for sandwiches - so glad I can have my favourite egg mayo and cress.”

“Heylo bread has been a life saver, I am type 2 diabetic and follow a more or less keto diet, therefore keeping carbs super low. I was making my own keto “bread” for a few years and whilst it was ok, it is nowhere near as good and tasty as Heylo bread. Heylo’s breads are exactly like bread, like fabulous artisanal loaves. There is a big variety of breads to choose from, all amazing and even more convenient, I set up a monthly subscription. Now my bread arrives regularly, I pop it straight into the freezer and I’m all set for toast, sandwiches, burgers etc and even a cheeky slice of cinnamon and raisin. Very happy customer!”

“My order arrived the day after purchase, so this was excellent service. I tried the wraps for the first time and enjoyed the taste, but for the small size and high price, they are not worth the cost. I have also quite enjoyed the seeded bread, the fruit bread and especially the bagels. I have made a few previous purchases, but have never been 100% happy with ALL the products. Examples: a. The products usually arrive in a box that is not big enough and everything is squashed b. The white bread has a strange texture and is not good toasted c. The white sub rolls smell yeasty and are very chewy d. The bread slices are way too small, as is the size of the loaf e. Everything is far too expensive In my latest order, the bread seemed even smaller than in previous orders. When I've missed bread for a few weeks, I've persevered with another order, but I don't think I will order again. I applaud the work you have put into the company to help people on their low carb/ keto journey, but I don't think I can justify the high price.”

“I am so glad I have found Heylo, since being on a low carb diet, I didn’t think I would eat bread and granola. But I’ve tried the seeded loaf and all the three flavoured granola. They are all lovely, especially the honeycomb. Even though the products are quite expensive they are worth it. Heylo has great customer service and the delivery is fast.”

“I had the seeded loaf which is delicious also the white rolls and subs and they are perfect for burgers 🍔 and hot dogs 🌭 I always keep a stash of all of these in the freezer - superb xx”
