“I recently purchased two loafs of the white bread and I am lost for words.. I had big hopes for the bread (that arrived very quickly, by the way) I'd planned all sorts of different meals with it, as a type 1 diabetic who doesn't eat regular bread, I was beyond excited. But, it turns out it was SO good just toasted, I couldn't keep to my own plans and Iv ate the lot within days. Its absolutely delicious. I highly recommend. I cant wait to reorder more.”

Hi, We’re really sorry to hear there was a problem with your rolls. Please let our customer services team know at heretohelp@weareheylo.com and they will send you out fresh ones same day. The science of low carb bread items is still relatively new, and although we put a lot of resources and expertise into HeyLO! products they can be occasionally susceptible to shortened shelf life, depending on the conditions exposed to. However, we guarantee a minimum of 5 days freshness on arrival and will always replace or refund items that don’t arrive in top condition.
