“Found Heylo quite by accident. I’m on a low carb diet and used to buy from another company but that started to get ridiculously expensive. Then I found the Heylo website and ordered their starter pack. There was a goodly amount for the price paid but two items were still too high in carbs (5.5g per slice). But the seeded Bagels and seeded bread were spot on. Not keen on the white bread so I won’t be purchasing that again. The bread and sub rolls were tasty and a very good substitute for normal breads and rolls. Will definitely order Heylo bagels and seeded bread again.”

We’re really sorry to hear there was a problem with your rolls. We guarantee 5 days freshness on arrival and will always replace or refund items that don’t arrive in top condition. The science of low carb bread items is still relatively new, and although we put a lot of resources and expertise into Heylo products, they can be occasionally susceptible to shortened shelf life, depending on conditions exposed to during transit.
