Hi, We’re really sorry to hear there was a problem with your rolls. We guarantee 5 days freshness on arrival and will always replace or refund items that don’t arrive in top condition. The science of low carb bread items is still relatively new, and although we put a lot of resources and expertise into Heylo products, they can be occasionally susceptible to shortened shelf life, depending on conditions exposed to during transit. “Bought the seeded bread - impressed with the macros. Tasty but quite dense. Better toasted. Expensive but as a type 2 diabetic increases options.”

“I have been very satisfied with everything I have purchased from Halo. Prices are a little high in the present climate but I do enjoy the product so I think it’s worth it. Delivery is excellent. Never never wait that long.”

“Good products however the most recent delivery included bread with only 2 days remaining on the use by date which is poor considering how expensive it is compared to normal bread. However this matter was dealt with very quickly by the team when advised, and replacements were sent along with some free gifts as an apology which was appreciated.”

“Love the taste and quality of heylo. I have lost 1/12 stone on a low carb diet thanks to heylo. The seeded bread is delicious as are the bagels. The better brown makes great sandwiches and who knew you could have pizza on a low carb diet with the pizza bases”

“Wraps - Great, bought them a few times now. Good to use for alsorts. Expensive but if you freeze between grease proof paper in a sealed bag they keep well and defrost quickly. Whitr Bread - poor texture and taste, even toasted. Freezes well and defrosts quickly. Very expensive for a small loaf that isn't very nice. Won't be eating the rest sadly. Also bought the cinnamon and raisin bread that's I've not tried yet, very small loaf again for the cost. I'm praying it better than the white bread.”
