However this matter was dealt with very quickly by the team when advised, and replacements were sent along with some free gifts as an apology which was appreciated.”

“Wraps - Great, bought them a few times now. Good to use for alsorts. Expensive but if you freeze between grease proof paper in a sealed bag they keep well and defrost quickly.
Whitr Bread - poor texture and taste, even toasted. Freezes well and defrosts quickly. Very expensive for a small loaf that isn't very nice. Won't be eating the rest sadly.
Also bought the cinnamon and raisin bread that's I've not tried yet, very small loaf again for the cost. I'm praying it better than the white bread.”

“The seeded bread is delicious, and I can't believe each slice is only 0.3g carbs per slice!
Easy to order, delivery came 3 days later. Well packaged.
The only downsides are that the slices are small (however two slices seems to suffice each time, and that the bread is expensive, although I understand that you are a small bakery and providing something low-carb of a high standard necessitates the cost of the ingredients etc.
I had previously ordered Heylo Seeded loaves via Amazon, then discovered that it it slightly cheaper to order direct from you - ironic considering I am an Amazon Prime member!

“The seeded bread we love, the white bread is really nice as well. We make pizzas out of the wraps. We’ve had the hot dog rolls but found them kind of chewy. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is for the size of the bread it’s very small.”
