“Poor service, no courtesy car cover although was something included while purchasing the insurance. Car apparently is not repairable but it hasn’t even been seen or assessed by a mechanic”

“I waited no more than a minute from the time I made my call to the moment I spoke with Bea on the phone. I was nervous to report my accident as it’s not something I’ve done before, she talked me through it so calmly and really put me at ease instantly. She was patient, understanding, reassuring and super efficient with handling my call. I cannot praise the customer service more than that. It was undeniably wonderful. Thank you Bea for turning an awful experience for myself into a state of calm. I appreciated your time and confidence in the situation.”
