When I first reported my case the woman who took all the details etc was useless, she was going to put a victim of crime case down as my own fault. Upon ringing today I spoke to a gentleman who sorted everything properly and quickly. Hats off to the man

I called to speak about minor accident I had and the person who was behind the phone was just amazing, his name was Thomas and he was exactly the person I needed to talk to about all this, he was professional, polite and most importantly he took his time to listen to all I had to say and answer all my questions. In all honesty I’ve not been overly satisfied with the service I’ve been receiving after having to make a no fault claim. However I most recently had dealings with Tom and he went above and beyond for me, I genuinely felt like he cared and wanted to help and I finally feel like I’m getting somewhere with my claim.

Poor service, no courtesy car cover although was something included while purchasing the insurance. Car apparently is not repairable but it hasn’t even been seen or assessed by a mechanic
