“With regards to the date I would like to inform whoever it may concern the date of incident was the 21st of August at 12.25am and not the 10th of June where that date came from is a mystery to me but apart from that I'm happy with the way I've been dealt with”

“Only told what could not be done rather than what could have been done. Ended up dealing with other parties insurance company myself, and left without a car because my insurance company 'can't' put my new car on my policy for at least 48 hours. Staff were polite, but the service I have received has been very poor. Other parties insurance company has been more help to me than my own. Just very poor. Usual once the money has been received, at the start of the policy, provide as little as possible.”
