“The review is not for Somerset Bridge Limited "as a whole", is for one of your call handlers Emma from Newcastle Office!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, whom with I spoke today. Emma was a very professional and understanding call handler! She is presenting a strong and professional customer service skills. Passionate, helpful and good listener! She has even presented a duty of care in our conversation! How amazing she was I cannot even say! Another amazing call handler, that I spoke with was Stephen, who called and emailed me. He was same like Emma, and really was trying to help me in my situation. THANK YOU EMMA AND STEPHEN! YOU BOTH ARE AMAZING HUMAN BEINGS! I give Emma and Stephen 5* rating - but company itself - unfortunately 0! The rest of my experience with yourselves is reflected in the complaint that I have sent just now via email. “When I first reported my case the woman who took all the details etc was useless, she was going to put a victim of crime case down as my own fault. Upon ringing today I spoke to a gentleman who sorted everything properly and quickly. Hats off to the man”

“In all honesty I’ve not been overly satisfied with the service I’ve been receiving after having to make a no fault claim. However I most recently had dealings with Tom and he went above and beyond for me, I genuinely felt like he cared and wanted to help and I finally feel like I’m getting somewhere with my claim.”
