“This was a very indepth, challenging course, covering everything you need to know, with modules relating to each specific area. The course is set out very easy to use and folow, with support being available if needed, with a generous time frame, to fit in with my busy working day, as it's an online study course. I would recommend this course to anyone wanting to add to their skill set”

“I thought the course was overall good but I have some criticisms. There was a lot of text and reading. This made the course quite heavy going and in places hard to digest. The best parts were the use of video and the interactive parts (choosing answers, dragging words over images etc.) as this was engaging and helped me remember and I think more of this kind of learning should be incorporated into the course material. It was also not very clear which parts of the course were presented as supporting information and which parts we were required to learn by heart. Some of the multiple-choice answers I felt weren't specifically covered in the course material (specifically the ones I got wrong!) I thought the project part was good because this forced me to put into practice some of the principles that I had learned rather than just cramming for the multiple-choice exam. I thought it was a worthwhile course though.”

Thank you Nicky for your feedback. We do have instructions at the beginning of the course and then detailed instructions immediately before the assessment and project. But we'll take a look again though to see if we can signpost them any better.

“Instructive e-Learning Trainings. Great value for money spent with very good and varied topics to choose from. Suggestions for improvements: sentences to be extended because while reading the slides there are to many interruptions, where the student has always to look one line below multiple times before finishing a phrase (please consider this as a constructive feedback only).”

“This was a well-structured course that covered a lot of ground in a format that was ideally suited to distance-learning. Without getting lost in legislation, the fundamentals were conveyed, and examples were relevant. The software was easy to use, and the mock exams were helpful. The course exercises were well thought out and the instructions were adequate, although my clarity about the final risk assessment would have been helpful.”
