“Easy to follow and well-structured course. Some of the sections became monotonous, (60+ slides in some cases), and may be better if these segments of the course were mixed with short videos or tasks to work through to improve engagement. The tasks throughout the course were also very basic, almost pointlessly; there was very little to no information preceding the tasks, as such they were mostly guessing exercises and seeing if you could guess correctly. The course could be improved if these were more engaging and helpful to the learning outcomes of the course. Overall, the course helped me to gain a good understanding of the subject matter and I achieved my learning outcomes, so these minor suggestions to improve do not detract from the overall impression that this was a positive learning experience and one that I would recommend.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed the Managing Safely course and the value add awareness courses, great to add to my portfolio and CV. The courses were readily accessible and user friendly. The assessments and practical exercises were a great way to recap on what was learned within each course and provided tools that could be used in the workplace.”

“A great service that clearly explained the process and how certification with IOSH is achieved post-course. The access and interface for the online materials were easy to use and functioned smoothly through all modules and assessments. The guidance for the restrictions and boundaries for completing the module within the original fee were clearly explained, with any further fees or support required readily available.”

“Was easy to use and navigate and was structured in a logical way. The interactive bits were good at breaking up the chunks of text to read/listen to and I was able to progress at my own pace more of less. My only adverse comment is that some of the spelling and grammar was incorrect which I found quite distracting.”

“It was so helpful to be able to do this course in my own time rather than having to attend a course. Having completed the course, I feel more equipped with the skills needed to assess and manage our work environment in a way that is safe for all. While the learning experience isn't as impactful online, it is much more convenient.”

“The Vitalskills, IOSH - Managing Safely course, was a well-constructed and thorough online training. There were a few minor bugs in the slides which meant some information wasn't communicated but I imagine this is easily resolved by HSQE. Overall though, great value and a must for anyone in management.”

“The online course was easy to follow and user friendly. More insight into the assessment and project in advance would have been useful. The lady I spoke to when I called was very friendly and able to answer all my questions. Would recommend this course”
