“The training slides had great content and very clear and precise but there was a lot to take in, my only suggestion would be to break it down into section modules with more exams after each section, there is a huge amount to take in for one exam sitting.”

“Overall the course was effective. However some of the individual units have bugs in them and some questions don't make sense, or aren't as clear as they could be.”

Thank you for your feedback, Ian. There shouldn't be any bugs in the courses. What can happen is that some of the interactive elements may not display correctly if your device's operating system is not up to date. But we have planned for that so you can still advance through the course unhindered. Unfortunately, the questions are set by the approval body on that course so we are unable to change them, but we're happy to feedback your comments to the approval body if you could tell us which questions you are referring to.

“The course was very good. I have done a similar course before and I found doing it online with time to reflect on the content better than doing it in a classroom. The only area I believe could get more coverage is risk to people not an employee but affected by an organisations activities. e.g. Residents, Visitors with disabilities and Patients in Hospital.”

“The course overall is great - full of information kept concise to what you need to know and includes a lot of real life examples. My only criticism is that sometimes I found questions in the mock and real assessments to be a bit confusing. They were written in a way that i didn't always understand what was being asked, or were written in a different way to what was taught in the slides and so it was hard to be certain of the correct answer.”

“I thought the content was very comprehensive and informative and achieved the intended aim. I found the multiple sections of slides on hazards a bit hardgoing as a repetitive training approach. Though enjoyed the videos on spotting hazards which accompanied this. More activities (mix and match etc or animation/transitions and different types of visuals in the slides would perhaps make them feel less like reading ppt slides. Thought use of mock assessments was good and beneficial.”
