“I completed my IOSH Executive and Directors course and found it pretty self-explanatory and informative on how to work your way through it. Had some difficulties in navigating from questions at the end of each module back to the main page though and found logging out and back in the easiest way. The content of the course provided all the material required to answer the question and assessment at the end of each module.”

“Feedback from the wider team, who also took the courses, was that there was too much reading and people would have liked either a video or sound. I found the course to be fine.”

Many thanks for your feedback Elliot. The reason for the two logins is that one was for your dashboard (that gives you access to your course certificates, learner reports, etc) and the other was to gain access to your courses. The dashboard enables training coordinators to enrol and produce reports on multiple learners.

“The course was interesting and provided me with all the information that I needed. It would be helpful to perhaps be given a handout or something similar so that you don't have to take quite so many notes. The course did take longer than suggested and some parts weren't relevant to my role.”

Thank you for your feedback and congratulations on passing the course. The course content is deliberately broad to ensure that it applies to the greatest number of people and their work environments. But that may mean that it covers some topics and hazards that not everyone will encounter in their workplace.

“The online courses were clear and concise. With similar courses, it can be tempting to skip through too quickly but the interim assessments and final project encourage candidates to take their time, allowing the subject matter to sink in.”

“The course gave me the information I needed to know in order to gain my certification overall did the job, only one gripe perhaps there could have been bullet points for the critical information that may have come up in the exam ie more like a classroom feel.”
