Good Morning Brian, Your order was received on Friday 1st December and despatched on Monday 4th December with DPD. As stated on our website, if Customers have not received their order within 7 working days, we ask them to contact our customer services department, where of course an investigation would be raised with DPD. We will contact you today, to discuss a refund or a replacement.

“Once again we love H.R. Higgins! We were first introduced to their coffee in 1994 when we lived in London. When we moved back to the States in 1998 we started ordering our coffee online and we pick up more every time we travel back to London. Love the coffee...love the staff”
