“I ordered 10x 2.4x1.2m plywood sheets
They arrived promptly and in good condition and the delivery driver was very courteous and helpful - he carried them all up my long drive for me.”
“Timber was exactly as required and the delivery came in good time. The delivery driver was extremely friendly and very helpful. I would definitely use Howarth again!”
“I was very pleased with my first time timber purchase from this company. The service during online ordering and during the process of personal collection was first class, and the quality of the timber provided was also very high standard. I asked for the lengths to be cut for easier car transport and this was also handled perfectly. Well done!”
“Bought some fence panels online, free delivery and the guys brought them to where they were needed. Realised I'd messed up and ordered the wrong ones. Howarth Timber were great and really helpful, sorted the order for the correct ones and delivered those and picked up the old ones at the same time, and refunded within a couple of days. Panels are really good quality and look good. Great service, will use again.”
“Purchased some wood for our shed and cwent to collect, very helpful staff. Went to the collection point for me and popped it in my car. The lads have a great working relationship, they were interacting with each other in a professional and joking manner... very respectful too which as a women going somewhere like this on your own can feel a little intimidating, not sure where i needed to be for my collection, they even escorted me to a parking bay. Cant fault them.”
“Great value for money and very helpful staff at the Thorne branch (especially Andy)who kept us up to date at all times regarding our online order. Really friendly service by the shop staff and also the delivery driver who went out of his way to make sure the goods were delivered exactly where we needed them. Would definitely use again.”
