“We were looking for a bespoke illuminated house number and name sign, with a matching non-illuminated house number. After a few email communications considering design and fitting requirements we agreed the artwork provided and ordered the signs. Delivery was within the quoted timescales. Packaging is excellent (never seen better) and the very accurate cardboard fixing templates and fitting instructions make the installation very simple - line-up and level the template; drill the holes through the templete; fit the mountings; offer-up and press the sign into place. The wiring for the illuminated sign is very much 'plug-and-play' and was connected very easily. These signs have been designed by individuals who have an engineering background and an artistic flair. Our overall impression is that Housenumbers Limited aim to provide an excellent service and they are proud of what they do. Now that makes them stand out from the majority! We would fully recommend if you want good communications, good advice and good quality.”

“Through an internet search I found House Numbers. To say their website was excellent is an understatement, this is a company that has got everything right, clear concise website, a landline telephone number that staff always promptly answer. I also liked the fact they were based in England. I telephoned and spoke with staff member Josie who was friendly and very knowledgeable on the product that the company manufacture and sell. I required a gate sign in black metal that would light up at night, I looked at some examples, Josie guided me through the process, I chose the font and provided dimensions and received a proof. The price was very reasonable for what they were producing and free delivery which today is very much appreciated. I placed my order, was kept informed and notified when my sign would be dispatched. My sign arrived and again this demonstrates that this is a company who know what they are doing, the packaging was very well thought out to perfectly protect my sign. The engineering of my sign was to the highest possible standard, even the fixing brackets that would not be seen were impressive, machined to perfection with direction arrows and adjustable sliders. Complete with screws and fixings and all electrics. The instruction booklet was clear concise and very easy to follow, they even provide you with a positioning template so you can mount your sign perfectly. Everything fits, everything is manufactured to perfection. I mounted my sign and my electrician connected it up. It looks absolutely amazing, very bright white light that not only illuminates the sign also illuminates the front of the gate. This is a first class company, many companies out there could learn from House Numbers how to do things right. I have already recommend House Numbers and I will be commissioning them to provide me with other products in the future.”

“The product is of good quality and looks great on our new house. We had to wait quite a long time for it to be delivered but it was worth the wait. The service was good and the response to our particular queries was helpful and efficient. A small administrative issue - the delivery address was correct but the addressee was Elinor Duckmanton, who is my daughter! I don't know how this happened but I think it must be through using FedEx as couriers and somehow my daughter's name has come through that route?”
