“Sadly didn’t receive as the last digit of postcode was incorrect (my fault). I didn’t realise it wouldn’t be tracked so no idea where it ended up. The rest of the address was good, so not sure how Royal Mail couldn’t work it out. Postmen here are knowledgeable. Please check your address/postcode, seems obvious but on an iPhone (a middle class woman of a certain age) I thought I’d put in the last digit correctly! I could buy another one and if the first one appears get my money back. Not sure I want to pay nearly £60 for a number 1.”

“Very efficient and friendly company although we did have a problem with one of the stainless steel numbers we purchased. The screw thread of the number wasn’t cleaned off very well and consequently the screw attachment that went into the wall wasn’t flush to the end and when it was fixed to the wall wobbled. They did, however, sort it out to my satisfaction promptly and efficiently so overall would use them again.”

“The numbers are of good quality and well made but I think they should come with a protective film over them which can be removed once they are fixed to the wall. We ended up with a mark on one of the numbers as fixing them to the wall is not easy. We did find lining up the numbers very tricky and still didn’t get it perfect.”
