“I ordered a simple illuminated door number. I haven't fitted it so far, but the instructions provided make it seem easy to do. The numbers appear to be better quality than I expected. Well packaged and will be an improvement to the house's appearance.”

“This item is great! Very sturdy, no issues to fix to the wall at all. And best of all, arrived in 24 hours. Its not the cheapest one out there, but I believe that you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend .”

“Numbers arrived very promptly and are of good quality Ordered numbers 1 and 9 think they should be indvually priced as think the one 1 was expensive for what it is just a straight line”

“My order arrived promptly, was beautifully packaged and a great quality product.... unfortunately it turned out that I did not require the house number and therefore returned the product. The communication to return was easy and the refund processed in good time. I would definately use Housenumbers again.”

“First class experience all round. Informative web site and rapid and helpful response to my questions resulted in me placing an order. The order was turned round really quick and we are delighted with the result although we still have to fit it to the front fence. I have high expectations. This is a premium product but worth the money. Thank you to Josie and the Housenumbers team!”

“Great product, exactly what we were after and great that there were options for mounting to wood or masonary. The paper that accompanied the number was really useful for mocking up the position and then to determine the drill hole spacing. Great communication that our number would be a bit delayed as made to order and therefore waiting for its 'turn' in the spray timetable.”

“Whilst the product is ok, it is debatable, if these numbers are worth the money being charged. Saw similar today at Homebase, for £10 each number, and they appeared to be the same, or similar quality. Pleased with the item, but expensive for what is offered?”

Hi Andrew, Thanks for your review, I hope I can reassure you on the quality of the item you have purchased. I can almost guarantee that the item in homebase for only £10 will not be made from 304 grade stainless steel with an architectural grade powder coating with a perfect match to RAL 7016. While the item you saw may on surface level look almost the same, the durability of the items you have purchased from us will likely be far longer. The original prototype numbers made by us 20 years ago still look perfect in external coastal harsh conditions, on a south facing wall exposed to coastal salt erosion, and we expect the life of the items to go even longer than this. I hope this helps to reassure that the spend will be worth it when you have perfect items on the wall in many years to come. Hi Susan, Thanks for your review - you are welcome to select an alternative style from our selection if you are not happy with how the number 1 looks. The third image in our product gallery shows you how the number 1 looks so it is possible to have viewed this before you checked out.
