“Excellent product and service ,was ordered and delivered in 3 days ! Everything in packet to install (screws ,plugs ) and good instructions with sturdy fitting template not a rice paper one you get with some other products .Will definitely recommend .”

“I was searching online for some stylish, high-quality replacement house numbers but also something that would last well outdoors. Seeing that these were powder-coated stainless steel I knew they would probably stand up to the Scottish weather so decided to go for them. They arrived promptly but the package was missing two of the brass fixing pins required to attach them to the door. I phoned HouseNumbers (they answered immediately) and, after apologising, they dispatched the missing pins in the overnight post to be with me the following morning... That's one of the biggest bonuses of dealing with a smaller, independent company - not only do they care deeply about the quality of their merchandise but they also realise that (good) customer service can make an enormous difference to a customer's perception and likelihood to not only keep coming back but also recommend them to others. Well done and thank you HouseNumbers team - I will be doing both.”

“Bought the stainless steel 3D house numbers. Easy to follow instructions and template to ensure the correct spacing for the drill holes. Only issue I had was with the size 7 drill holes for the raw plugs. It was probably me but the plugs sunk into the holes and I had to use a different size plug so as the fixings on the numbers were secure when I mounted them. Overall though, not an issue and the numbers look great.”

“Individual acrylic house letters: a huge improvement over what was there before. Easy to install using the template provided. It might seem a tad expensive for a bunch of letters but it was a competitive price and a more comprehensive offering than the competition. Highly recommended.”
