“Very prompt acknowledgment and delivery of my order. I purchased Elysl hand wash, body wash and shampoo/conditioner and body lotion which are lovely but the labelling is so small it’s very difficult to read and I think my guests wouldn’t instantly know what’s what. This is no reflection on Hotel Buyer but I felt that I wanted to pass a comment about it. Thanks”

“Really good service and communication when there was a query about finding my house. They even called later on to check I had received my delivery which wasn’t even very big. Really good customer experience, thank you Hotel Buyer. Will definitely use again.”

“Bought a whole load of Au lait products for holiday rental cottage. All arrived very quickly and good quality. Only problem then was I needed to order 2 more dispenser pumps - Value of about £4 . I spoke to a helpful lady in the office who said i had to order online (lockdown?) but she said she had a spare one in the office which she kindly sent to me. Unfortunately- the wrong size. so then had to the pay one price price carriage of £10 to send them- same cost of sending 15 litres of liquids, bottles, and dispense holders value C £250.”
