“Recently attended the Take That concert at Hyde Park the day and experience which as exactly as described which after attending such events with other providers is not always the case. The venue and facilities (including the weather) really delivered on the day from the welcome at check in through the detailed introduction to the location and everything on offer to us during the day was extremely professional. Leading up to the day making our booking etc was so simple with Adam (Coughtey) leading and helping through the process all the way. It was really important that everything met my expectations as this was part of a surprise birthday weekend for my wife, could not have gone better. I will be definitely be using Hospitality Finders again having already made recommendations to several friends and family members we met with during this special weekend.”

“The BST event on Saturday was a first class event on all aspects. Event staff courteous and helpful Personally introduced to the event very helpful. Cleanliness of facilities good. Food vouchers a good idea, you can choose when and what you want to eat. Plenty of choice at the bar. Most importantly the acts were fantastic. All In all Adam @ Hospitality Centre was excellent and we have now organised a few events through him and cant fault them.”

“I purchased two tickets and the concert was absolutely amazing! Adam was great at explaining everything, answering my questions as well as staying in contact for further details. The seats were perfect as I had a great view of the stage as well as the commodity of being located near the bars and snacks, shop, and toilets. I had a one of the best nights of my life!”

“Royal Ascot 2023, Ladies Day. From the beginning of my enquiry my questions were answered and advice given by Adam C very promptly. With 6 days to go I received the gold glittery package and I knew from then that the tone of the upcoming day was set! It was amazing! From the moment we arrived the staff we came into contact were friendly, polite and professional and even more so as we left ensuring we got to the right place for our taxi. The waiters in the Pavillon Restaurant were very attentive especially as we were two ladies on our own. The food was very nice and suited the day in terms of being fresh and light. The day was made even better when the only win I had was the Royal Win ‘Desert Hero’! The experience around the bandstand was a great way to end a very successful day. The day showcased what Britain does best - food, drink and celebration. The only thing that would have helped us would have been a list/menu of the drinks available within our package so that we knew what we could order, etc without an additional cost. We are definitely considering a return visit next year as we want to explore further and now have the confidence to do so.”

“We had the most amazing time at Capital Radio's Summer Time Ball. What really made this day was the VIP Premium Tickets. These were absolutely worth every single penny we paid. We had fast access to the venue, no queues at all for food, drinks, the loos and amazing front row seats! We will definitely do this again for future events! “We attended the Coldplay concert at Ethiad stadium at the weekend. We were late booking this and worried we might not get seats together for our party of six. Adam managed to get us fantastic seats together with probably some of the best views in the stadium. He booked us the Mancunian hospitality package and we were blown away withe the standard of food, drinks and proximity to our seats. Thanks Adam you will be our number one go to for l future events.”

“Please can you justify why you charged me £955.50 for a VIP package to see Elton John at the Manchester Arena on 03/06/23? The tickets arrived in a cardboard wallet with no accompanying information or thanks for our purchase. We were admitted to The Electric Lounge and given 1 glass of champagne each and NO sharing platter. Package price for that including sharing platter if I had booked it myself would have been £100 pp. This comes to a total of £532.60 There was no private access to our seats and we were caught up in a crush of people trying to find them. I understand that you are running a business but that is an outrageous mark up and we were very disappointed with your service! I contacted you via email before leaving this review but you have not replied!”
