Very happy with the way that the booking was done. The agent (Naomi Wheater) was prompt, helpful, cheerful and completed our booking and followed up to make sure we were happy with the arrangements. First class service. Highly recommended

When the test match Scotland v. Japan was cancelled this year, Naomi Wheater and Accounts team of Hospitality Centre proceeded with the refund very properly and quickly. When I reserved the seats, Naomi took care very warmly. I appreciate their kind work and support.

I have booked the last 4 FA Cup finals through the Hospitality centre, cannot recommend them enough. Due to the current COVID 19 pandemic, Simon (Sales Director) contacted me back in May to arrange the refund for my cup final tickets, I asked him to hold off in case the match would be rearranged with fans (which it wasn't.) I then made arrangements for my tickets to be transferred to the 2020 final, which was no problem at all. Now in October, and COVID hitting us worse than ever, I just cant see the 2020 final being in a full Wembley stadium. I emailed Simon on Monday morning to request a full refund, this was in my bank on Tuesday morning. Speedy efficient service. Highly recommend The hospitality centre, never an issue, a pleasure to deal with as a company. Kind Regards, Gareth

Simon contacted me after I had shown interest in the VIP package for Strictly Come Dancing last year ask if I would be interest in the show in 2022. He sent me the brochure together with prices and I decided to go ahead and book with him. I had a booking form by return, an invoice 2 days later which I paid immediately and within an hour of receiving the funds I was issued with my tickets. To say I am pleased with the service would be an understatement . I will review again after the experience to let you know if it lives up to expectation. I will definitely use the Hospitality Centre again.

Hi can not rate this company high enough. Dealt with Simon today to book VIP tickets for Gary barlow. The customer service was outstanding. The communication was swift very efficient. The best company i have dealt with for concert tickets. I will most certainly be useing them for all my future concert and event bookings. Can Highley recommend without any hesitation in the certain knowledge the service will be that of excellence.

We had booked to go to Wimbledon for June 2020 but obviously didn’t get to go. That said the booking process was straight forward and quick and easy and we were offered the option to defer until this next year or receive a full refund. We requested a full refund which was promptly paid. We have since rebooked for next year with them again as we were super happy with the process.

I used the hospitality centre for a birthday present, my representative was a lady called Naomi whom I found very helpful in explaining now the procedure worked regarding payments and delivery of tickets, unfortunately we could not attend due to the covet virus hitting the country I received numerous calls from Naomi regarding the company policy. When it was deemed the event would not go ahead she called me and explained who I needed to e mail regarding a refund she also asked to be copied in with the e mail the procedure was so straight forward my full payment was in my account within 14 days. Once this virus is over would definitely be in touch regarding further events

Hospitality Centre arranged our booking for the Lewis Capaldi concert in London and Naomi dealt with our booking very efficiently. However like many of us covis-19 kicked in and ruined all our plans! This must have created many problems for the Hospitality Centre but they responded magnificently with offers of a future booking which didn't work for us so Naomi arranged a refund that was promptly paid. Where do I start? Simon Young was fantastic with things from the get go. Originally we booked to see Genesis later in 2020 and Simon held the tickets whilst I checked friends were able to join us. We then heard the concert was cancelled and the rescheduled date we were unable to attend. Simon allowed us to transfer to the newly promoted Little Mix concert for May 2021, allowing us to book for our kids! Not only did he help but he gave me the heads up of a more suitable date that hadn't even been publicly announced! I will 100% be using Hospitality Centre again and will keep in contact with Simon!
