“Worst company I've ever bought something from! I am not a difficult person, and usually turn the other cheek when things don't go my away, but Horizons music and Neil Monteiro the person behind it has made me so angry I wanna spill it out to the whole world. This company should not exist!
Point is, I ordered a record i februari (now it's close to october, have not recieved my record, not got my money back. When I ask for refund, they ghost me, asking for order number (they have asked for it 7 times now) and every time I give them my number, they ghost me again until i threaten them to go medial on them. They stall and stall but never give me my money back. Problem for them is I wont let this go, not until I have done everything in my power to get others to listen to me. Don't ever buy anything from Horizons music EVER. They upload fake positive reviews from time to time, do not fall for them. The negative reviews are there for a reason, don't be naive, or you'll get robbed either by money or fake products.”

“Why would you have items on your page that aren't in stock. That literally makes no sense. And then have an emailing list that bombards someone's inbox every hour with recommendations that aren't based on anything.
I bought a vinyl from them and then didn't hear anything for a long time, just to find out that they didn't have the vinyl in stock.
Use the money you get from people and invest in a programmer to fix your stocking issue.

Refuses to give a refund and lies when he says he will. First it was 14 days. No refund. Then 3-5 days. No refund. Then stops answering emails.
Constantly offered store credit despite cancelling the product before it even shipped!!
Had to make a charge back claim with the bank to get my money back!
Will be reporting to trading standards also as I'm not the only one who has been robbed!”
“Neil Monteiro is a terrible individual to deal with. I ordered some records back in May, which he obviously did not have in stock. At first, he kept promising a refund, and I gave him the benefit of the doubt on many occasions, assuming him to be berely poorly organised. However, he soon started lying, telling me he had issued the refund. When none was forthcoming, I asked my bank to issue chargebacks, and finally received my refunds that way in August. Do not go near this guy.”
“Ordered some records as pre-orders, but after some time I decided to purchase those records elsewhere. I reached out to get a refund and was refused a refund for items I never received. I was forced to use store credit instead, even though I requested a full refund. Emails with Neil have been unprofessional and poorly written. This business feels like it's more of a sloppy front than a well-oiled machine. The experience between a store like Horizons and Juno is night and day! I won't be using Horizons music again in the future even though I have store credit there.”
“Shocking customer service. Pre-ordered item months before release and it didn't arrive until well after the release date. Returned to Horizons Music and signed for by them on 22/05/2023, receipt of item eventually confirmed by them weeks after. Twice it has been confirmed I have been refunded back to purchase card; and yet still not refund received. Now Horizons Music are not responding to emails or contact via their website”

Placed an order (August 2022), waited months for delivery, cd never arrived, contacted company, it said it was moving warehouse (still moving, it seems, given comments from four weeks ago), and then I looked up its feedback. I requested a chargeback on my credit card which my bank completed. Given the feedback here, a complaint to trading standards is warranted.”

I made an order in February for more than £200! I had no news about my order 2 weeks after. So I contact them and they told me to wait because 2 vinyles were missing to send the total order. As I was not in a rush and quite understanding, I decided to wait more. I contacted them again 1 month after. Again they told me to wait more. Now we are in August, I waited for more than 6 months without any news... I contacted them yesterday, and they told me they are not able to send the order and they cannot refund me because "the order is too old". It's really a SCAM !
I lost £200 and a lot of time and energy...”
