“The record was listed as available but it was only until after I wrote numerous emails that the company admitted they do not have the record.
After I requested refund they confirmed that I will get it. Weeks went past with multiple stalling emails '10 working days', 'after this weekend', 'will check again tomorrow' etc., once I notified them that I have asked my credit card company to refund me for the payment, they stopped replying completely.
It has been about 5 months since then and still no refund.
Definitely stay away - thre is a chance they will send you the records you pay for, but there is also a very high chance they don't actually have the item you ordered, they will not send it you and they will not refund you.”
