“I have used Homeland florists in Northampton for several years for Christmas and special occasion celebrations. Their telephone manner and the service provided have always been first class. I have received photos of the flowers after they have been delivered and they are always excellent. I am very happy to recommend them. Sue Bell”

“The DPD delivery driver, left my order outside a terrace house (he said ‘left in porch’ there is NO porch!!) front-door which opens onto a busy public pavement; flowers got pinched! I Emailed ‘Homelands florists’ just to bring it to their attention (courier’s fault entirely!) & they immediately; rang me/Emailed me & expressed a replacement order via ‘signed delivery’ the very next morning! Unbelievable customer care & service which i didn’t ask for nor expect! I am genuinely over the moon as the birthday gift still arrived & was of top-quality as have been my previous orders. Cannot recommend Homeland Florists enough! Absolutely fabulous (:”

“Order Delivered promptly and in good condition. The Bouquet of autumn colours was stunning and still looking great after 10 days. Thanks very much, our daughter, recovering from an operation was delighted to receive such a beautiful display. We ordered everything online, while away on a cruise and there were no issues at all!”

“Always use this florist when possible. They do beautiful flowers that are so well presented, they arrive looking and feeling special. The company always seem happy to try and resolve any concerns if something was missed, great customer service. They are the only florist I would recommend.”

“Ordered a bouquet for a friends birthday expected it to be delivered the next day but they called me and said they could get it delivered that day which suited me so much better so very pleased 😊 the bouquet was beautiful. Love supporting local businesses like Homelands their bouquets are lovely.”
