“As I live in Kent , buying flowers for my friend's birthday would entrust the flourist to convey our sentiments.Homeland florists did a brilliant job, with bright pink gerbera and roses mixed with lovely foliage. My dear friend was very impressed and I am a very satisfied customer. Many thanks to the Homeland team.”

“I could have given less only due to unclear confirmation emails ie no delivery date appear, the date calendar to choose from is very small, the text delivery confirmation don't say where it is being delivered. It gave me the impression it would be delivered to me. However the great service from Laura and the other branch who deal with online orders have been very helpful and quick to respond. The flowers do look lovely from the picture sent to show me. Hope I will order from you again.”

“I've recently sent two floral baskets from Homelands, and both recipients were really pleased with the flowers . I've seen photos and the arrangements were beautiful. I might have to send one to myself! Customer service was brilliant. I was trying to pay by paypal online and having problems, and a really lovely lady actually rang me from Homelands to offer help . Will order all my flowers here now. Thank you so much .”

“I placed my order on Friday evening(10:30 ish) to be delivered on Sunday.On Saturday morning I got a phone call from Homeland Florists to say they were a bit concerned that the floral arrangement I had chosen might not travel well(Northampton to central Scotland).I was very happy that they had taken it upon themselves to contact me & offer an alternative rather than just send the arrangement I had chosen & hope for the best. The courier send both a text & e-mail on Sunday morning with a 1 hour delivery slot(yes the flowers were delivered in that hour). I myself have not seen the flowers,they were an anniversary gift for my parents, but both my mum & dad have said that they are beautiful. Other peashooter have seen them have also commented on them.My mum also said that they were delivered in a beautiful black box with pink writing on it which made the delivery that little more special. So thank-you Homeland Florists it has been a great online shopping experience from start to finish and I will definitely be recommending you to everyone I know.”
