“I received a damaged item. Terrible Customer service. I was promised next day delivery replacement. This did not happen. I emailed Customer service regarding this and I did not get a reply until 5 days later stating that there was no replacement. I asked for advice on an alternative and I didn't get it. This is just a brief outline of my frustrations dealing with your company. I have no intention of ever purchasing anything from your company again.”

“Bought the Bose Lifestyle 600 in white. I ordered online at 8pm. And it was shipped the next day and arrived in excellent condition the following day. I called the morning after to check they had in stock which they did and was told exactly when I would recieve my order. Very friendly on the phone and didn’t feel like I was bothering asking a silly question so soon after ordering. Later that afternoon my tracking number said it had been cancelled so again I called and it was just an issue with a double ticket being produced and again very friendly on the phone and new email sent with new tracking number sent while on the phone. In terms of price it was the best price I found on the internet and free 24 hour shipping as well. Product was £450 cheaper than the registered Bose shop so cant complain at that. I will use again next time I need anything. Cheap and friendly and excellent customer service. No complaints from me.”
