“They provided inadequate information about both important aspects of the product and their returns policy. I would not have purchased from them if they had prominently and honestly advertised their returns policy. Please be aware there are certain (expensive) items like earphones where returns are not accepted. Home AV Direct have a resoinsility to make that clearer in the initial transaction.”
