“I am delighted both with the service & the goods I ordered. I ordered on a Friday & my order arrived on the following Monday. My Bose 300 sounbar & speakers were beautifully packed, carriage free & cost less too! I have them installed. They have enhanced my TV listening experience considerably. I am a very satisfied customer.”

“I ordered a Astell & Kern AK380 Digital Audio player £1799.00 (ref: #45134202) to say I was little bit nervous at first because they are not your usual high street name (though I did look at the TrustPilot website for peace of mind). I was pleasantly surprised by the really good serivce from a chap called Jas. He walked me through every step of the ordering process through to delivery. The player arrived at my office at the time they specified and was packed securely and well to ensure no damage would occur. Would I purchase from them again yes definately, plus they were an official Astell & Kern dealer which also put my mind to rest. You tend to hear 'horror stories' at dodgy foreign imports from the Far East affecting warranty claims. I am happy to be a customer of HomeAV Direct. I will make future enquiries regarding the purchase of a AK300 series AMP to go with my player.”
