“When i ordered these, I phoned to confirm and the phone was promptly answered. The person taking the call was knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered the Bose headphones online on the Friday and was told that the earliest i would receive them was on the following Monday. However they arrived ahead of schedule the next day on Saturday morning. Very keen price and excellent service.”
