“When i ordered these, I phoned to confirm and the phone was promptly answered. The person taking the call was knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered the Bose headphones online on the Friday and was told that the earliest i would receive them was on the following Monday. However they arrived ahead of schedule the next day on Saturday morning. Very keen price and excellent service.”

“Excellent service - the manufacturer had put the wrong product in the box (so not AV Direct’s fault at all) and they sent me the right item free of charge and straight away along with a s.a.e. to return the original item. The cables I ordered were top notch and well priced. Many thanks.”

“I wanted a decent sound bar so I read a few reviews and made my choice. The one I wanted was available at Home AV Direct for the best price. I was able to pay using PayPal and the delivery was ultra quick. No messing around, easy simple and efficient. I would highly recommend.”
