“Ordered a soundbar and sub, first one arrived damaged so contacted home av, arranged a replacement to be sent at convenient time for me but we changed our minds and returned it to them for an exchange. All very simple and straightforward, very good customer service and communications plus great prices. Will def use again when we add speakers to our system in near future.”
