Delivered within 2 days , great unit but CD player not working , it happens . Spoke to customer service they said they would ring me back , as usual didn't happen . So these things happen . Rang back 2 days later and obviously they have skeleton staff ie COVID 19 , they said new item would be dispatched on the Monday after bank holiday. Nothing arrived yet . Just seems I have to keep chasing them up . It's not end of the world I know but they are very quick to take the money so not happy .

One of the two speaker mounts turned up, still waiting for the replacement two weeks later, something was mentioned about the post and that the Royal Mail tracking system was down. Communications haven't been the best.

Not a good idea to accept an order and take payment then tell customer the item is out of stock!

The item I ordered was notified as being shipped in the morning however on the same day in afternoon another e-mail informed me item was in fact out of stock. An alternate colour was offered to which I declined. Payment had already been taken. When I made contact by e-mail laws told the details sent had been computer generated. I requested a refund which after I had phoned the company was promptly dealt with. Credit to the young man I spoke to he was a credit to the company.

In have received headphones what I have bought from you. Bose qc35ll. I'm not happy how you packed the parcel. Instead of box you just used soft envelope to send them out. Because of that headphones box was damaged. I'm also not so sure about quality of noice cancelling. Seems like is not effective like in my previous ones. (That's my second pair as previous one was damaged after 2 years)

Site allowed me to order items that were not available. Frustratingly still getting pop up prompts offering the same goods. Refund however was processed without problem

Awful logistics to the company but friendly staff. Not hugely willing to help customers and gave no reasoning to the decisions made for my case. DON’T BUY FROM IF YOU NEED IT BY A SPECIFIED DATE

The actual box the headphones came in was damaged.. the headphones where a surprise present for my wife and it was a bit disappointing. I have photos of the box if required

Ordered and paid for Flexson 1m extension lead for Sonos Email received to tell me item despatched. Great ! Day after received email.White version of cable not available.Order refunded quickly It was only £7.99 but order not fulfilled.Ordered from Amazon received day after

Home AV order process was straight forward and the items they despatched from their warehouse was fine, here the next day. The Item from their supplier was slow to arrive and when it did it was the wrong item and then the replacement item did not have the correct headers fitted to the bracket. Fortunately the supplier is now trying to sort this matter as I complete this review, hence the low score as quite a lot of hassle!

Actual item received is very good, just very poor customer service. Item wasn't shipped until i've called them to complain about the delay. I was told they will call me back with an update, but they didn't so had to call them the next day. Not what you expect now days, sorry guys.

My issue is with the customer service regarding a DPD delivery delay. Instead of understanding the problem, it was implied that it was of my own causing. A refund was issued as a 'gesture of goodwill' but when I emailed outlining the chain of events and why the issue was not my fault I was simply ignored. No true gesture of goodwill was issued but a refund for a service I never received.

I ordered a drum kit which said it was available and in stock, my money was taken and I received an email to confirm it had been despatched. The next day I received an email saying it was out of stock! I did receive a full refund but it was a complete waste of time and we had to wait a few days for the refund to go through to be able to order another one. This meant I only just managed to get the new one in time for my Son's birthday and had to pay for next day delivery. Please don't state things are in stock when they are not!!!

Customer service should work whole week, ensure yourself that you dont run out of stock, change delivery company from DPD to anything else please.

Hi, All free cables are attached to the exterior of the product box so that the original product seal is not broken. As a result the cable must have fallen off in transit, please get in contact with us providing your order details and we can send out another cable. Many thanks Rob Home Av Direct

Despite placing my order in plenty of time for it to be delivered on Saturday it didn't arrive until late on the following Tuesday afternoon. I was told that this was because there hadn't been enough room on the delivery van for my order (a pair of earphones) to be shipped on the Friday. Very disappointed with the service and the explanation I received from Home AV Direct.
