Hi, All free cables are attached to the exterior of the product box so that the original product seal is not broken. As a result the cable must have fallen off in transit, please get in contact with us providing your order details and we can send out another cable. Many thanks Rob Home Av Direct

“Despite placing my order in plenty of time for it to be delivered on Saturday it didn't arrive until late on the following Tuesday afternoon. I was told that this was because there hadn't been enough room on the delivery van for my order (a pair of earphones) to be shipped on the Friday. Very disappointed with the service and the explanation I received from Home AV Direct.”

“I was very disappointed with my order, I ordered it only to be told it was out of stock once I’d already paid for it and had to wait over a week. If I’d of known It was out of stock a would never of placed the order. Also when it was delivered there was a huge rip in the box even though it was plastered with tape saying fragil.”
