“Ultra quick shipping, but the box was opened and 2 of the foams were broken. I am just too lazy to send it back so i ll keep it but they had to sand in perfect condition, not like this..”

“purchased an AK Jr player. After several unsuccessful attempts to get my MAC and laptop to recognise it in order to transfer files Home AV Direct were great at facilitating the return of the model with a full refund within 3 days and sending a new model (albeit more expensive upgrade) immediately at a discounted price! Brilliant service. Started off at Richer Sounds walking away from a 12 day wait to test a similar player. Home Direct for me every time in the future!”
