“Ordered and paid for item to then be told it was out of stock. When arrived delivered to an address they said they couldn't deliver to so no ody was there which then cost me £10 to redeliver to correct address with no offer to reimburse just offered to recall item and redeliver to correct address making it even later.”

“The online chat help is 5 star. The overall communication is a bit poor. I would like to receive confirmation emails at various stages of the whole process. Also, for some reason my delivery was originally sent to an incorrect address despite the PayPal receipt showing the correct address. Great product and I would use your service again. Your chat team deserves a pay rise🙂”
