“Allowed me to purchase something that was listed as being in stock, only to email me about 4 hours later to say that it actually wasn’t in stock and that they have cancelled my order. Incompetent at the most basic level of business.”

“Had the blu ray player I'd been looking for at an excellent price. Rang to check availability - spoke to Dubs who said he would do a physical check and call me back. He did this within 10 minutes to confirm they had it. Had a quick chat about HDMI cables. Ordered the items via the web-site and they arrived the following day. First rate service.”
