“Ordered some Klipsch speakers, arrived the next day promptly. Was concerned as I didn’t have any information on the delivery however, I sent a quick email to Home AV Direct and they provided all the information I needed for tracking (I think this should of came to me automatically but may not of) anyway, was able to track delivery and item was delivered on time. Quick and prompt response. Speakers go nicely with the new turntable, very pleased.”

“I read the reviews before I used this company. Most were good, but there were one or two not so good. I thought I'd take a chance as they accepted paypal. First though, I called as the link for the speakers I was after would not work. The guy apologised and said they were out of stock currently, but he make me a very generous offer on an alternative, slightly more expensive, pair of speakers. This, I accepted. My order arrived the very next day. From my - very positive - experience, I would not hesitate to recommend or use HomeAV Direct again”
