“I used Home AV Direct for the first time last Tuesday, having first had an online chat with Customer services to discuss what I was about to order. From placing the order to actual dispatch the elapsed time was 44 minutes, the equipment arrived next day by currier. Very very impressed with the service provided”

“I came - I sought - I was rewarded. I was looking for speaker wire in order to finish assembly of an actual "old school" Sony amp. and tuner, with Aiwa speakers which I acquired for my teen daughter, to prove Hi-Fi is way better than Wi-Fi. Home AV Direct got the job done.”

“Not yet opened the goods it is Xmas present but cannot fault the service from AV Direct. Very quick delivery that was packaged well and items are clearly brand new in original packaging. I was also kept informed of delivery status until item received. Keep up the good work.”

“When DPD lost the original delivery they provided an excellent service to rush out a more expensive replacement on 24hr delivery to make sure it arrived in time for a Birthday. Thanks guys!”
