“Very impressed with the service provided on both occasions. I called to see why an order hadn’t been sent out and the call handler told me a part was out of stock but could send a substitute product which was £10 cheaper! Credit and part was with me the very next day good to see a company that still works on good old fashioned customer service and making things happen.”
