Had 3 rolls of animal print wallpaper expecting it to be good quality, but after hanging a couple of lines I took it down, the paper that this is on is the cheapest brown paper and does not hang well or cut nicely, when I approached the company they advised they had no other complaints and that I could return them at my cost, disgusting customer service, it would cost me a substantial amount to return so no point me returning them for the partial refund I would receive.......... get samples first before ordering I just trusted it would be quality and it was not ......

Being a heavyweight solid vinyl wallpaper we have not experienced any difficulties in hanging, this product type is often chosen due to the excellent stability during the hanging process. Good initial delivery time followed by rubbish service regarding inferior product. No refund on a product that needs replacing. Not impressed, would never ever ever use this company again. Buyer beware!!!

Terrible service from this company. Avoid at all costs!! Purchased some wall paper for a feature wall. Hung it exactly as described on the instructions. Initially it looked great and we were very happy. Awoke the next day to find the paper had shrunk and there were visible gaps between the strips and some parts of the paper were peeling off. We used a premium paste and followed the instructions exactly. Got in touch with Home Flair with supporting pictures. Very slow response to emails and completely unhelpful replies (have the email trail to prove it). No apology, acknowledgement of the problem or attempt to resolve it. Furthermore, the paper is no longer on their website and we noticed that it was batch number 001 which to me suggests a problem with the product which may have been discontinued. We are now left with a terrible looking wall that we have to repair at our own expense

Wallpaper was very different to the sample that was sent, it was a completely different texture & the shade was much darker. Really disappointing as for babies nursery & I only have 5 weeks left until due date. Contacted customer service, very lame response back. Still awaiting a further reply

Unfortunately my delivery went to wrong address with no communication I had to wait a further 24 hrs which cost me money due to workers waiting and I also paid next day delivery I was going to use home flair to purchase all my wallpaper but it has put me off!! This isn’t home flair fault but no discount was offered etc

I would never buy from this company again. They are mean. I bought two rolls of wallpaper which I needed to return during December. I first contacted them about the return within their 28 day returns policy window, received an automated reply and was waiting for a further communication from them (as I sent a follow up email), only to be told that all the information I needed about my return was on that automated reply and I was now out of time to receive a return. I am flabbergasted by this customer service. It is clear from the communications with them that I was firstly in time to request the return but was also waiting from them but no, they refuse to accept the return. This company is inflexible and simply unkind. Astonishing behaviour, I would NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN no matter how nice the wallpaper, you will find it elsewhere with much better customer service. Buyer Beware!

Our returns policy can be found on our FAQ pages & T&C’s prior to ordering and on our order confirmation email and packing note post ordering, we are unable to discriminate our other customers whom have returned items in accordance with our policy or been denied. No additional information was needed that couldn't be found within the above resources or the automated reply to your first email of the 27/12/2018. Didn't receive a purchase as once I had placed an order it was cancelled as the website was not up to date and the item was out of stock.

We previously had an order for 5 rolls and as we only had 4 available we felt it right to offer that customer first refusal on our last rolls. When your order came through we were awaiting a reply and ultimately had to cancel your order. We try to maintain accurate stock information on the website but due to this crossover no amendments were made. Sent wrong order got sent to a shop to send back to wrong order which was miles away and contact twice about what they want to do with wrong order and still have it after months. Wouldn’t use again time and effort I’ve put in is ridiculous and wallpaper isn’t good quality

I ordered some paper from your site (did not look anything like it did in the pictures) I understand that can be a disadvantage of buying from online. However, I had been very sick throughout my pregnancy and couldn’t make it to the post office to send the parcel back straight away. When I did, I did manage to get it back to you but had to email in requesting an update on my refund even though the reference number etc had been noted on the box for you to know if came from. I paid £15 delivery to get it back to you then you chose to take a percentage off of my refund meaning I was out of pocket more than £30! I think it’s a bit unrealistic to deduct a percentage especially when you do not offer a returns stamp! I won’t be using you again as it would seem it’s just an extra way of getting money

Whilst every effort is made to produce imagery for the website differences in technology can alter how products look in reality, this is made even more difficult with reflective/glitter and gloss products that simply reflect light from the camera lens. 13th day i opened the wallpaper n customer didnt like it..got told 75% refund cos u wudnt get it within 14days n then cost me £13 to post back at royal mail..shud be full refund within 28days if item isnt damaged. 14th send back when bank holiday was in that 14days aswell.nitemare neva again

I waited nearly 2 weeks for the sample to arrive and there was also no postage on the envelope which I ended up paying!

I found this company or at least it representatives unhelpful and showed a total lack of flexibility in their policy to the point of being obnoxious. I made a total of three orders and on each occasion it was necessary to return goods. On the last occasion I informed them on the 14 day, of my intention to return one roll of wallpaper only to be told they would charge my a further 25% restocking fee bearing in mind 14 days was the cut off. Only to be told they couldnt possibly discriminate and not charge me this fee even though it was on their cut off day. Jobsworth comes to mind!!! Yes some errors were in my court but what happend to trying to help customers and try to keep them for the future and return business. Would I use them again...... not on your life

With each of the orders placed they were picked,packed and delivered by our team within expected timescales. I'm so disappointed with this company and one of their Manufacturers! Still waiting on a reply from one of them regarding a refund! This is the first time I've ordered from this company and the last . First lot of wallpaper I had to pull down as there were gaps as if the wallpaper had shrunk! I called HOME FLAIR DECOR who really weren't very helpful on the phone and just informed me that this wallpaper doesn't shrink so I decided to send them a pic! I waited after day for this company to say this certain batch was cut incorrectly at the warehouse. They offered me a refund or 2x rolls of the same wallpaper, but a different batch for it to happen again and now I'm still waiting for a reply!!

Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of your Home Flair Decor experience. When a product does not perform as expected we do investigate, having seen images of your decorating and the product being non-woven further advice was sought from the manufacturer. They advised that this appeared to be a trim issue where the printed run reem was not taught during the trimming process giving those results, this would have been at the start or the end of the trimming run. An alternative batch was issued and upon hearing of your second experience not performing as expected we completed a roll test hang following all instructions on the roll labels. The results showed no issue with either the original batch or the replacement batch, with these results we know that this product is perfect and the results achieved is from misuse by not following all the manufacturers instructions as supplied on the roll label. Order short on rolls ordered, rolls sent without batch numbers. Returned entire order within 10 days as customer changed their mind and was stung with £50+ restock charge which is against the Consumer Contracts Regulations, I was entitled to a 14 day cooling off period. All emails have been ignored since. Avoid at all costs.

10 days after i ordered a sample and STILL waiting! Not happy. Will definitely not be making another order with these! Very unreliable and unprofessional and certainly wouldn't risk spending any more money than i already have through the Home Flair Decor site!!
