Not very helpful won't deliver to a different address than the payment address website has glitches on payment page would not recommend sorry

i added 4 rolls wallpaper into my basket eac one costs £13.33 went to checkout total price came to nearly £70 .so i emailed to ask why ,she said they was £16 each ,i then went back on page and she had changed prices ,So i emailed back with proof they was only £13.33 each ihad taken a photo .then no reply back .Terrible customer service ,

So the wallpaper I ordered looked NOtHiNG like he picture online, it was all glittery and way too bling. I didn't even open tahe package as I could see through the plastic. So to send three rolls back 2nd class it was SIXTEEN pounds because you have no real returns policy. In this day and age that is just ridiculous- terrible customer experience and I will NEVER use you again, sorry!

Thank you for your feedback, we are always trying to improve our photography and give accurate descriptions of the products we sell. The item you have purchased is described as containing glitter in the product name “Glitz Glitter Cream/Taupe Wallpaper” and in the description “added golden glitter elements give this stripe the X factor”. We do accept returns, the price you have paid for return postage confirms the costs of delivery are often subsidised by suppliers like ourselves. We would advise you look for a delivery price comparison site to find the most economical method of returning. I placed an order on the afternoon of Wednesday 31st August and paid £5 extra for Next Day Express Delivery. I wasn't happy about having to pay £12.50 delivery for a PH16 postcode but decided that I'd pay this and the extra £5 so that I would have the wallpaper for Friday at the latest. I was surprised to get an email on Wednesday night to say that my delivery would be on Monday 5th September. I emailed Home Flair straight away to say that if I wasn't getting delivery of the wallpaper until the Monday then I wanted to cancel the order. I did not get a reply. I have paid nearly £20 for a delivery that is going to take 5 days to arrive.

I ordered two of wallpaper samples. The design was a wide stripe in three alternating colours, slightly different colour combinations on each samples. The samples were roughly A4 sized and the way they'd been cut meant the stripe ran vertically (portrait) and only two of the colours were shown on one of the samples and there was only about 2mm of the third colour on the other. If they'd been cut landscape all three colours could've been fitted in fine. I called to question this and was told I should've ordered a larger sample. As far as I could tell this was not stated on the website when I ordered the samples. The girl I spoke to was utterly unhelpful and just insisted I needed to place another order. I definitely wouldn't use this company again or recommend it to anyone.

We are sorry to hear this, samples are cut in the most economical way (vertical from the roll) this allows two A4 samples to be taken from a 30cm length and minimises wastage on all patterns. A large sample would have given you a half metre length showing all aspects of a design and a full pattern repeat where necessary. Having spoken to the orderline staff whose account of the call differs from your own we can only suggest our advice was misinterpreted. Absolutely horrendous the customer service is. They expect customers to know what batch number the wallpaper is when ordering extras and when you phone them the customer service representatives are completely rude. They dont even publish these necessary information for customers on their website to help process the order correctly avoiding any errors. Dont expect any help from them at all if you have managed to order an additional wallpaper roll from a wrong batch because they will put it back on you and say we allow customers to put additional notes prior to deliver (how helpful right?)

We are unable to guarantee repeat purchases due to the fast turnover in stock which is available for purchase nationwide and into Europe. We will happily aim to complete any batch requests given before or during a sale via telephone or through the website, however this can only be a request. Purchases of single rolls three weeks apart will be difficult to ensure the same batch without any information or a request. placed order on 6th July money taken straight out of my account then informed 12 days later that its no in stock ...not very good service wont be ordering from here again ..

I ordered my borders and adhesive on 14/05/15 and today is 25/05/15 and I still haven't received them. As I had allocated time to finish the decorating over this weekend's bank holiday I am very frustrated and disappointed. You said 3-5 days delivery so I don't think 11 days is acceptable. Please would you track my order and ensure it arrives asap? Jane Macdonald

Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of your Home Flair Decor experience. We are sorry to hear your order has not arrived, this was shipped to you on 15/05/15. It was dispatched using Royal Mail's standard parcel service which we are unable to track. We quote 3-5 working days for delivery from receiving an order, once this time had expired (or before) we would have welcomed a call or email as we are contactable everyday to help. Please can you make some simple checks by checking if you have been left a red calling card, check any outside stores, bins or cupboards for the package and checking with your neighbours (unless you have opted out from Royal Mail leaving items elsewhere). Finally to speak with your postie or leave a visible note asking if they have attempted delivery in the last week? We have the proof of postage available and we will be happy to resend the order once these checks have taken place (if you still wish us to). We appreciate this has not fell within your timescales and are sorry that you felt unable to contact us directly. When taking orders over the phone like yours, we always stipulate we have no control over the timeslot given by our next day couriers (interlink express). Your order did arrive next day as promised at 15:28 which may have been later than you would have liked but within the criteria of the next day service. The 3 rolls of simplex wallpaper you have ordered is simply a paper with no vinyl coating so has to be handled with extra care during hanging, it does also have a metallic/shimmer finish so will highlight any surface imperfections should the wall not be fully prepared. We are sorry you are disappointed with your experience however we fulfilled every aspect of your order without delay to our high standards. Certain postcodes are deemed as remote or extended by both our couriers and as such carry a surcharge to deliver to these areas. As our wallpaper prices and accessories are so keen, reluctantly, this charge must be passed on. These are as follows: AB30-38, AB44-56, CA18-27, FK17-99, G83, HS1-9, IM ALL, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV40-56, IV63, KA27-28, KW ALL, LA15-23, PA20-49, PA60-78, PA80-88, PH14-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE ALL. We do suggest if your postcode is not listed and you are still seeing higher charges in your basket, to please contact us on 0161 729 1686 prior to purchase, and we will correct this for you. Stay clear of this company they might be cheaper than other shops but there quality of wallpaper is atrocious I would say it's fake Graham & Brown wallpaper.

We have been in contact with this customer who has sent over images and it looks like the decorator hasn't cleaned the paste off the front of the wallpaper and has dried white on the seams! We have asked for sample lengths to be sent freepost direct to Graham and Brown for them to do a test hang. G&B have been copied in all emails to show we are a customer of theirs. Home Flair Decor strives to always ensure our customer's needs are met. Graham & Brown are renowned for producing high quality designs, there is no such thing as fake wallpaper.
