I was disappointed at the sample size. Was expecting at least the with. Can't make decision on such a small piece

We did advise that this product is a tough and flexible (non-woven) wallcovering and that we believe this will lay flat once hung. We also requested you open and examine the wallpaper, as of yet we have not received any further feedback. delivery great, contact people polite, wallpaper we really liked strong durable went up well. ordered ice satin ivory by rasch there was a factory crease on three rolls of paper which was 2ft in from end of rolls spreading down roll.this meant we could not use the end of these rolls of wallpaper. we needed to finish job and had to order 2 more rolls.when I phoned for another two rolls to finish job I asked if we could have delivery free to make up for the loss of wallpaper . they said no and offered no compensation at all.

We are sorry to read that you had a crease at the end of production, with this volume being so short at 40cm and at the end of the affected roll this would fall within trim/matching wastage. I ordered some wallpaper and this arrived in good time and was good quality. I sent some excess rolls back, in accordance with the company's returns policy, however, it did not make it back to the warehouse and was instead returned to me via the return address. It is now past the 28 day returns policy and the company have refused to accept it. Disappointed in this decision and because if this I would not use again.

The paper was described as polka dots, it isn't its spots. I then have to pay to return the product, not cheap as its heavy and very long. You don't offer returns as other sites do. Wont be using your site again

We got the delivery speedily but found the product not fit for purpose - it became extremely fragile when pasted and ripped as soon as you tried to move it slightly to match up the pattern. We accept these things happen but we’re very disappointed in the response from the company, questioning the competence of someone who has been hanging wallpaper for over 40 years rather that accepting any liability

Wallpaper is at its most fragile once adhesive has soaked into it, this will affect the strength of the natural fibres within the substrate and increase the difficulty in hanging certain products. Mixed media wallcoverings need to be treated with care and will not allow themselves to be overworked by the hanger. We are sorry you are not happy with your husbands hanging results, however this would be misuse not a fault. Ordered item still not received when messaged was informed that was not on couriers got to wait longer no communication from them until I chased up

The pattern ordered was dispatched, we do offer the sample service for exactly this reason where clarification is needed, limitations in imaging and display can alter the appearance of colour and texture. Colour of Item ordered did not fit with the picture on website. Also disappointed with quality of item. Also refund has not been give. 2 weeks after returning items.

Paid extra for 1 to 2 day delivery. Sent the wrong wallpaper. Made telephone call no apologies or refund of extra delivery cost. Decorator missed a day and had to arrange for someone to be at home when delivered to give wrong paper back

Unfortunately the quality of the wallpaper was quite poor. Once I put it up I noticed that the wallpaper paste created wet patches on the paper. Once it dried it wasn't that bad but It still left a few marks. I called customer services to return 3 rolls of left over paper. I was told that I would lose 10% of the total price of the wallpaper and I would have to pay shipping costs because I was 1 day over the return date. After trying to speak with a not very helpful customer service advisor I just gave up and kept the excess paper.

Although my wallpaper is lovely , delivery was awful. I paid extra for faster delivery and it didn’t arrive within the timescale. On contacting Homeflair , they checked and agreed there was a problem but have not refunded extra postage. Not great customer service as parcel was late and had to contact them twice.

The returns policy only allows a 14day window to return any wallpaper or you are given a 25% restock fee plus the price of postage and package.

I spent a lot of time choosing a lamp, ordered and paid for it, and several days later received an email saying it wasn't in stock and would I like to choose something else, or cancel. Not even an apology in the email. Won't be wasting my time on this site again.

I requested 2 samples of wallpaper and was disappointed in the size of these samples especially as I had to pay for them . The samples were far to small to get an overall impression especially as the design i order was rather large print therefore I could not see whether it suited the room or not so much so I disregarded these samples as well as the company. You need to send bigger samples - or send the small samples for free !!

We see you ordered our most economical sample size of A4, in addition to this we do have a full pattern repeat size which is referred to as a "Mill Sample". This gives you the best representation of a pattern, whilst all effort is made to show a pattern in the A4 size the restricted size does make this very difficult. The rolls of paper were loose in packaging and so the paper is all bent

We just wanted to let you now that your roll is fine and is as it is packaged by the manufacturer (the plastic shrink wrap often appears tight). Once the moisture from your adhesive makes contact with your wallpaper it will become supple and allow it to stick down perfectly flat.
