Absolutely horrendous the customer service is. They expect customers to know what batch number the wallpaper is when ordering extras and when you phone them the customer service representatives are completely rude. They dont even publish these necessary information for customers on their website to help process the order correctly avoiding any errors. Dont expect any help from them at all if you have managed to order an additional wallpaper roll from a wrong batch because they will put it back on you and say we allow customers to put additional notes prior to deliver (how helpful right?)
