I placed an order on the afternoon of Wednesday 31st August and paid £5 extra for Next Day Express Delivery. I wasn't happy about having to pay £12.50 delivery for a PH16 postcode but decided that I'd pay this and the extra £5 so that I would have the wallpaper for Friday at the latest. I was surprised to get an email on Wednesday night to say that my delivery would be on Monday 5th September. I emailed Home Flair straight away to say that if I wasn't getting delivery of the wallpaper until the Monday then I wanted to cancel the order. I did not get a reply. I have paid nearly £20 for a delivery that is going to take 5 days to arrive.
