“Many thanks to Matthew and the team at home-approved. We had issues with a "cowboy builder" and a dispute that required a professional assessment and report to formally move things forward. Matthew scheduled us in and produced the report in short order. He was also always on hand for follow up queries and questions. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and appreciate the after care support by him and his team.”

“My survey is very professional and very informative. I am extremely impressed with the layout, the explanations and the photographs of the key areas showing good points and areas of concern. This has helped me enormously and I would definitely recommend 'home-approved' for anyone who needs a full structural survey on a property.”

“We were given 28 days to exchange after our offer on the house was accepted, so we had to proceed very quickly. Home-Approved provided us with an excellent service by promptly sending a quote and scheduling us in on the first available date. The surveyor did a great job and gave us his professional, detailed findings and estimated prices for repair. We would not doubt using Home-Approved again.”

“The service given by home-approved was brilliant. They were quick to perform the survey and they kept me up-to-date on the whole process. During the initial visit there was no access to the loft in the property, they were more than happy to revisit the property once access was granted. The survey results were very clear and were easy to understand and allowed me to understand what would need to be done to the property. I would be happy to advise friends and family to use home-approved.”

“Quick and efficient service; the quote was done by email and telephone, the survey organised between the surveyor and estate agent, and then a thorough report delivered a couple of days later. The whole process was completed within a couple of weeks. The survey results were consistent and more extensive than a similar survey organised by the mortgage provider, and I was very happy with the result; it gave me confidence to proceed with the purchase given some issues with exterior brickwork and a flat roof. I would happily recommend this surveyor to other people.”

“This was our first time in the housing market and Home Approved Building Surveyors provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. The report was completed with no fuss to either ourselves or the vendor and was delivered to us 2 days after it was carried out. “Found home-approved on CheckaProfessional.com. From initial phone enquiry felt confident with my choice and could see sample of the kind of report they produce. The detailed report arrived shortly after the survey was done. I was kept informed at each stage. The report is very useful, in particular as it gives estimates for any work needed. I had additional questions leading on from the report and I received immediate and again detailed answers to these questions. Highly recommended for all these reasons.”

“Extremely straight-forward process from start to finish. Jill responded to our initial query with an estimate very promptly, and it was useful to be able to see the format and level of detail in the sample report before deciding to go ahead. Once booked, the survey was carried out within a fortnight and the report was emailed within 48 hours. The report was very clear and gave levels of priority and indicative remedial costs for each issue, which proved invaluable in negotiating a drop in price for our purchase. I would definitely recommend this service.”
