“The friendly surveyor arrived promptly and his subsequent report was useful. However, despite having specifically been asked to survey the roof (as repairs had been recently carried out due to leakages), it was extremely disappointing to have another roof leak less than two weeks after the surveyor had inspected the roof. The latest leak was due to some cracked tiles which surely should have been spotted during the inspection.”

Home-Approved take customer satisfaction very seriously and since reading your review I have re-looked at all the photographs and video taken of your roof and have been unable to find any broken tiles.
