We were given 28 days to exchange after our offer on the house was accepted, so we had to proceed very quickly. Home-Approved provided us with an excellent service by promptly sending a quote and scheduling us in on the first available date. The surveyor did a great job and gave us his professional, detailed findings and estimated prices for repair. We would not doubt using Home-Approved again.
