Have used company before and very impressed especially during lockdown they delivered what they promised during changes refunds etc. however when I looked for my flight booking on EasyJet to make sure I could check in when date came, there was no record of flight booking. No clear way to check flight when booking with a travel agent. Help !

Excellent prices for holidays. An initial problem In regard to my booking which was resolved. Nathan was helpful and found an alternative holiday for my friends and I who each require a room. Emma then fixed a flight seating problem

Great prices and a easy booking experience . Negative feedback for increasing the flight price after booking by £56! My freinds went onto the same booking a couple of days later and it was still the original price i was quoted!!!

Dear HolidayGems, when you book a flight for your customers, make sure that you put your customer's address under "passenger contacts", not yours. TUI refused to amend my flight seats on the phone as the "lead passenger's address was wrong". I had to remove your address from "passenger's contact details" and put mine in. It took me an hour of discussions with TUI, several failed attempts to get in touch with you and figuring out how to find and change the passenger's address on TUI online system which you provided. The latter was glitchy by the way, and couldn't take my online payment, hence all the fuss with phone calls. But anyway the airlines should have direct emergency contact with a passenger, keeping in mind it is so difficult to get in touch with you.

Went with this company this year with no problems. Holiday and flights all good. Have just booked with them again for next year for the same holiday, they phoned me and up graded the baggage allowance for the homing flight so we have the same on both flights.

I found Holiday Gems site interesting full of offers and user friendly. I managed to book a holiday for 2023 to Canada (Niagara Falls) flights and Hotel Accomodation in a large room B&B at a reasonable price with direct flights from Manchester UK 👍. I did receive a phone call within 24 hours as there was a slight change to the hotel room, this was handled in a friendly professional manner and was succesfully dealt with. The only drawback I found was that it was marketed stating to pay approx a third deposit to secure the holiday and as soon as I promptly received a confirmation email the full balance was due straight away which surprised me for a holiday due in another 8/9 months time 🤨! I have raised this as a query and the extra £4-£5 processing fee which was added to the balance when I came to pay online (which was not stated previously), as yet I have not received a reply 👎. I have paid the full balance and have again promptly received my confirmation email stating my balance is paid in full👍. Just a pity that I have not received a prompt reply to my enquiry👎. It is my first time as a customer of Holiday Gem and 🤞 it will ultimately be successful as I'm looking to book further holidays through them.

We booked our holiday through holiday gems deposit was paid online and received a call the following day from Richard who was very helpful , even though there was a slight price increase , communication was good , paperwork sent through the same afternoon , Nathan Also helped with the booking even tho we had no direct contact . Thanks

Nathan followed up my booking and asked if I needed any help to finalise it, which I thought was very kind. He was friendly and explained the deal that we found. He was even able to upgrade our checked in luggage. Thank you Nathan

This has been my first experience with Holiday Gem, the lady who dealt with the booking was polite and efficient, and the booking was taken quickly. I shall no doubt be making more comments when I return from from holiday.

Hotel I wanted, weeks I wanted, flights ok, transfer easily booked & luggage costs less than other sites I’ve tried. My only issue is that they phoned me following my online booking, to say that the room I wanted had sold out at the price quoted online so there was a small additional charge. It was only about £10 per guest so I paid it but it’s disappointing when that kind of thing happens. Despite this everything about booking has been straight forward & efficient. Will review again after my holiday.

Booking easy on the website but disappointed when Richard contacted us to say the holiday was dearer than advertised so had to pay extra as I had already paid the full amount as requested .
