“We paid for the premium private car from the airport to the hotel and back. The drives themselves were very nice on both journeys and we have no fault there. On return to the airport we were left waiting outside our hotel for 45 minutes with no contact from Holiday Taxis, I myself had to ring them and the response was "Were you not picked up?". There was no control over our booking from their side. If we did not ring no one would have contacted us. Won't be using this service again.”
“Pick up at the airport, on time. Pleasant staff going to our hotel and coming back to the airport. Better than the bus to your holiday, the perfect start, in comfort.”
“Our original flight was cancelled so we had to travel the following day. Holiday taxis were brilliant! After a brief phone call explaining the situation they amended my booking free of charge. Once again excellent customer service from Holiday Taxis and an extremely efficient service.”
“Everything worked perfectly. The driver was waiting for us in arrivals at the airport. The car was very comfortable and we had stress free trip to our hotel. Very reasonable price too.”
“It's the second time I have been using this service. The two experiences were great but I must admit that the driver I had this time was driving a bit too fast...of course I arrived on time at the airport ??”
“The drivers and the ease of booking using their website. Great service throughout and very personable and helpful when I needed to make a change to the booking date and time. Top notch!!!”
“Well organized travels and easily to book them on the website but difficulty to pay if customized travel not allow on the website as travel between 2 hotels and not from or to an airport ! Besides, customized travels are very too expensive (125? for 50km) ?? Staff is oK and on time.”
“Excellent service as usual . Arrived at Faro, followed instructions and met our driver in the car park - although our flight was 2 hours late in landing . On departure we had a very nice driver , who turned up at the hotel on time , in a very comfortable mini bus, got to the airport and he went and got us trolleys for our cases - stress free !”
“Outward journey disaster no one there Malaga airport -no help no driver Very large number of drivers displaying passenger names just no-one had my name -telephone assistance waste of time Return journey no issues at all”
“Excellent service, our friendly driver arrived at our hotel on time and smartly dressed, very professional. The air-conditioned car took us to the airport stress free. Will definitely use Holiday Taxis again.”
